Meeting Notice (October 13th @ BARn) 8:00 P.M.

October 13th Meeting:
-Call to Order: 8:15 P.M. by Bill Zasada
-Minutes approved: Motion made by Nick Seng, Second by Shannon VonGlahn, Motion passed.
-Treasurers report: Motion made by Chad Droessler, Second by Larry Leconte, Motion passed.
-Groomer report: All the track hardware (cleats, bolts, etc.) is on order. The belting itself is also on order. We will schedule work days via email or phone to re-assemble and to the other maintenance work to the groomer.
-County Meeting News: The county will print new maps and we need to have all map sponsors as well as any trail changes ready to present at the next County meeting. In regards to this we have designated a committee of five members (Jeremy Johnson, Bill Zasada, Brent Bowers, Curt Timlin, Larry Leconte). If anyone else would like to get involved please contact one of them for meeting times. Bill and Curt will do a youth snowmobile safety course again but dates have not been set.
-Old Business: Not much old business was discussed as elections were held.
-New Business: Sign requests need to be to Curt Timlin ASAP so that we can place an order if necessary. We made a motion to make President, Secretary/Treasurer, and two of the three directors’ 2-year terms and the Vice-President and the other director only 1-year terms. At the meeting it was voted that Nate Fosbinder will be President, Tony Steinhart will be Vice-President, and Nick Seng will be Secretary/Treasurer. Also the three directors are Curt Timlin, Bill Zasada, and Chad Droessler (one year term). There was much discussion about advertising on the drag (signs and sponsors), options to be presented at the next meeting.
